What is All SET?
My goal is to come alongside you in a way that leaves you feeling confident and ready to tackle any goal. Or as I like to say, "all set".
All Seasons Endurance Training (All SET for short) was born out of the idea that specific goals require specific plans. I don’t believe in the “one size fits all” approach when it comes to training.
All SET aims to deliver a coaching service that is personal and goal specific, while also making you feel heard, accepted for where you’re at, and encouraged to work toward where you want to go.
That means writing a training plan that makes sense for your ability, your schedule, your running history, and your goals. It also means communicating openly and honestly with each other about things that are going well and the things you’re finding more difficult. As your coach, I’m here to celebrate your wins as well as help you get through those tougher times too!
How does it work?
Let’s Get to Know Each Other!
We start with a free one-on-one call where we get to know each other and talk about your goals.
I love this call because it gives me a chance to learn what you’ve done in the past, how you’re motivated, where you might be struggling, and then work together to devise a game plan that works best for you.
From talking about your history as a runner, to the finer details of scheduling, this call helps me get the information I need to set you up for success so you can hit the ground running…(sorry, I couldn’t resist).
Personalized Program
After our one-on-one call, I’ll create a personalized running program in Final Surge where I’ll lay out exactly what you’ll do each day. For some, that may be as simple as an easy paced 20 minute run. For another, maybe it’s a tempo day where we’re focusing on a specific pacing strategy. Don’t forget about rest and recovery days! Those will be in there too. Everything you’ll need to get you to your end goal will be in your program and can be accessed through Final Surge.
Encouragement, Accountability, and Community
We all need these three things in one way or another. And when you’re training for something that may be months away, it’s even more likely that you’re going to want someone in your corner that can keep you on track, encourage you to push through the tough workouts, and to remind you that you’re not in this alone.
Because of the limited number of clients I take on at a time, I’m able to consistently provide these to you so you don’t have to worry about getting “lost in the crowd”. Whether it’s a text before a hard workout, or a shout-out for hitting a new distance on a run, I will be there to support you!
