Hey! I’m Chris La Croix.

Here’s the speed summary for those that prefer short and simple!

Husband to Sarah.

Father to Miles.

Coach to many.

Things I love:

Coffee, the outdoors, pizza, the ocean, summer, family, running, God, checklists, xbox, pastries, serving others, our dog, and coaching of course!

Since first starting Track & Field in high school to now being an “I run for fun” adult, I’ve enjoyed racing everything from the 400m dash to the 50k ultramarathon. After graduating from college with a B.S. in Exercise Science, I jumped right into coaching High School Track & Field and working in the fitness industry as a strength and conditioning coach.

In 2016 I founded and directed the Spurling Charity 5k, which was created as a way to raise money for local non profit organizations and provide a family friendly event for the community. Over the 8 years it was held, it’s sponsors and participants raised over $18,000 that were donated directly to these non profits that spanned the seacoast.

Over the years working in the gym world, I had coached some of my personal training clients to reach running goals that they had, and in the spring of 2020, I decided to create a separate space and name for that coaching - All Seasons Endurance Training. I’ve been coaching clients through All SET ever since!

I’m married to an amazing girl, Sarah, and have a son Miles who loves being outside and staying on the move every waking moment. We live in Maine with our golden retriever, Sparrow, and two cats Emma and Tigger. My wife and I both are active members of our church and love serving in the youth group there. I wouldn’t be the person I am without knowing the God I love and live for. When I’m not coaching, you can find me training for my own races, spending time with my family and friends, or winding down with a book or xbox controller in hand.
